Short Sales have become an important  part of the real estate  landscape. There are many details, issues and negotiations that have to be handled properly and in a timely fashion.

So, how do you know who to trust and work with during a short sale? The answer is a company, a team, an agent who have the experience and professionalism to get the job done. The job being to successfully market, sell and negotiate the short sale of your home while at the same time bringing you a sense of peace and calm.


The Company

Altas Realty and Atlas Financial Services, (CA DRE 00528247), have been around for over 30 years. The Broker/Owner, Alan Altas, has seen many real estate cycles during that time period. His no-nonsense style of doing business along with his tried and true core business strategy is what has helped him build Altas realty into one of the largest, truly independent real estate firms in the state of California. There are currently over 400 agents and brokers working for Altas Realty.

The Marketing Agent

Joe Maguire, ( CA DRE 01294258), has been a licensed real estate agent and loan officer for ten years. Joe's background and experience before real estate was in sales, sales training, seminar speaker both domestically and internationally along with a strong background in photography, design and marketing. Joe was a key sales and technical consultant for Xerox, Kodak, software companies and many small to medium sized businesses around the country. He brings incredible energy to his work coupled with a very deep understanding of the real estate industry, marketplace, contracts and negotiating skills.

The Team

It takes a team of good people to be able to provide the best service possible in any real estate transaction. That is why Altas Realty relies on licensed partners and assistants to manage the processes and transactions in their office. Christine Watcha acts as the office coordinator, working with title and escrow companies and our agents to keep the final closing packages organized and the correct checks dispersed. Geanette Diaz acts as the in-house transaction coordinator and as a loan processor.

Co-Marketing Partners

Joe has a team of co-marketing partners who work together to market and negotiate real estate deals together. Vito Lippolis, Ieda Brandao, Christine Watcha, Geanette Diaz and Fatemeh Elmjouie all work with Joe to better farm, list, sell and negotiate real estate.
